Fox's Friday Frolic

The Foxinator, in an effort to keep the good form he has acquired over the last few months, is once again doing a Fox's Friday Frolic. (I believe he is trying to do this every other week throughout the winter months) This week, uh tomorrow, we will meet at 9:10am at Firestone and Summit for a 40 miler at a moderate pace.
